International orders require wire transfer for payment. This requirement stems from the unfortunate circumstances relating to credit card fraud and also fraudulent cashier's checks, both of which have become increasingly more prevalent in the recent past.

Shipping.

We will contact you regarding shipping estimates. There is a common misconception that shipping from the U.S. to overseas locations can be accomplished relatively inexpensively. While this may sometimes be true with smaller items such as snare drums, larger items such as drum sets can be entirely different, and the prices vary greatly based on size and weight. As a result, we prefer to provide you with various options rather than one set shipping method.

Insurance.

All orders shipped overseas must be insured for the full purchase price. We love our International customers but shipping overseas from the U.S. can become difficult at times, and we have to insist on full insurance in the event that the shipper either fails to deliver or damages the goods in the process. Our desire is not to make the transaction more difficult, but we do need to take certain measures in order to protect ourselves and our customers.
