4/6: UPDATES, FUN THINGS TO DO, AND SOME INSPIRATION:
- The greatest jazz club in the world, The Jazz Showcase, is right here in Chicago but is closed due to COVID-19. If you can afford to, please help the Showcase and its founder, Joe Segal. Joe's healthcare needs are costly and with the club closed there are no revenues. But, if you can help please go to the Go Fund Me page for Joe and contribute what you can. Joe has brought us the finest jazz for over 70 years. The link is HERE.
- The Chicago Tribune has a magnificent Pulitzer Prize winning columnist, Mary Schmich. Check out her timely COVID-19-related column from Sunday March 22. HERE.
- Listen to some great jazz: WDCB is a public radio station in the Chicagoland suburbs. They are at www.wdcb.org and the link is HERE. Dial in and listen live online. They provide some of the best jazz programming you will ever find.
- Our You Tube video podcasts are HERE.
- Our audio-only podcasts can be found on Apple, Podbay, Podbean and Spotify. Here is the Podbay link: HERE.

- Need some "downtime"? Try Yoga with Adriene on You Tube. It's free. HERE.
- Inspirational messages delivered to your email each day, free. We have been receiving these for years now. The site is www.gratefulness.org and it is wonderful.
