Leedy Drum Topics Leedy Drum Topics

For those of you who know about the Leedy company, you know that one of their most successful marketing tools was their periodic publication titled "Leedy Drum Topics". This was the brain child of the great George Way, and the publication reached tens of thousands of drummers and it covered a myriad of topics such as information about prominent Leedy players as well as information about Leedy products and other helpful information. Dealers received this publication and any consumer who wanted to receive it just had to mail in a postcard to get their name on the mailing list. The first Leedy Drum Topics was published on June 15th, 1923 which is almost exactly 84 years ago!

As we move forward with the Leedy USA Custom Shop we're going to resurrect Leedy Drum Topics and publish it here on the website for all to see. We'll talk about pertinent new developments as well as use it as a vehicle to educate our customers and website visitors on the history of the great Leedy company.

Volume 1, 2007 of the NEW Leedy Drum Topics is up and ready for you to view.
